What is included in the rental?
Listed event packages include delivery, pickup and a bench. Acoustic packages also include tuning. Confirm rental dates, delivery coverage and any stairs, special timing or access charges in your written quote.
Does the rental include a pianist?
The instrument rental price does not include a performer. Tell us if you also need a musician so we can discuss that separately.
Can I choose a particular piano color?
Yes, you can request your preferred model and finish. The exact instrument and color must be confirmed for your date before booking.
Can the piano move between rooms or sets?
Share all planned locations before booking. Moves should be agreed with the delivery team and venue and may affect access, timing and cost.
Do you deliver outside New York City?
