1. Event rentals & permitted use
We arrange piano rentals for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, performances, and film, photo and video productions. Tell us about the intended use when requesting your quote so we can confirm the appropriate instrument and setup.
2. Inquiries & booking confirmation
You can request a quote using our contact form; a website account is not required. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a piano or confirm a booking. Availability, the specific instrument and finish, rental dates, venue and booking requirements must be confirmed directly with us.
3. Quotes & payment
Before booking, obtain a written quote stating the rental price, taxes, included services, and any additional charges. Your quote and rental agreement should state the required payment or deposit and its due date. Follow the payment instructions provided for your booking.
4. Delivery, tuning & pickup
Delivery and pickup arrangements, rental duration, piano placement and any included tuning are confirmed for the selected package. Acoustic pianos and digital instruments have different tuning and setup requirements.
Provide accurate venue and access details, including stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, stage placement and delivery or collection windows. Arrange for an authorized contact to receive the piano and provide access for pickup. Confirm any additional access, distance or timing charges in your written quote before booking.
5. Venue paperwork & insurance
Send any venue insurance, certificate of insurance (COI), additional insured or other paperwork requirements before booking. We will review those requirements and confirm any related charges in writing.
6. Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling
Request and review the cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy applicable to your booking before making payment. The relevant notice period, refund amount and any agreed rental credit must be recorded in your rental agreement or a separate written confirmation.
Contact us directly to request a cancellation or date change. Availability for a replacement date and any agreed refund or credit should be confirmed in writing.
7. Piano care & authorized handling
Keep the instrument protected from liquids, weather and inappropriate use. Do not move, modify or arrange tuning or repairs without coordinating with us. Your rental agreement sets out responsibilities for care, damage and any associated charges.
8. Ownership & return
Renting a piano does not transfer ownership. The instrument remains the property of its owner. It must be available for collection at the agreed time and location. Any extension, relocation or transfer to another party requires prior written approval.
